The TENG Ensemble will be spreading the joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival this September.
To celebrate the annual event, the local Chinese fusion music group has announced that it will be staging two concerts at VivoCity, on 9 September 2022 and 10 September 2022.
Organised with the support of Mapletree, the concerts, titled "Once Upon a Full Moon 2022", will be held from 7:30pm to 8:30pm on both days at the mall's Amphitheatre (located at the Sky Park on Level 3).
Music-lovers can look forward to hearing unique renditions of hits from global icons BTS and songs from the soundtrack of the beloved K-drama Crash Landing on You.
Additionally, The TENG Ensemble will be unveiling a new track titled 'The New Legendary Swordsman', which draws inspiration from the wuxia novel 笑傲江湖 (The Smiling, Proud Wanderer). It will also — with the support of Soprano Moira Loh — treat those in attendance to a cover of 'Upwards to the Moon', the theme song from the Chinese series Ashes of Love.
