"Can't Pull Me Down" is based from my final year in secondary school where I was both bullied by my ex-friends and had teachers thinking that I should drop out of school. This song is a form of encouragement that no matter how much people dislike you or think that you are not good enough, those words mean should mean nothing to you and should not define what your life should be. The overall message of this song is to reach out to those who have also gone through with similar situations and let them know that they are not alone in this journey and that no one should be able to pull you down.
