Rish Sharma is a 23 year old artist, producer and songwriter based on the island of Singapore. With the release of his Debut Single “All Your Love”, inspired by The Weeknd, Majid Jordan and The 1975, we are excited to see what we have in store. Born and brought up in New Delhi, India, Rishabh Dev Sharma grew up in a household where music was essential to the daily affairs. Exposed to the likes of Nirvana, Guns n Roses and Def Leppard, Rock and Soul music from his father, his mother introduced him to the world of Indian Film music with sounds from legendary composers like R.D. Burman and A.R. Rahman. He naturally became very interested in learning the language of music and gravitated towards playing instruments. He picked up the fundamentals of groove and rhythm and began playing the drums at 8 and shortly after, religiously explored his more prominent form of musical expression, the guitar. Rish moved to Singapore and spent his formative years discovering Electronic Music, RnB, Progressive Rock and Funk and soon realized his passion for songwriting and production. In August 2014, he arrived in Boston to study at Berklee College of Music with a focus in Writing and Production. Collaborations and performances from incredibly talented musicians across the globe opened his world to the art form and only deepened his love for music. Morphing comfortably in genres, he often sites Prince, D’angelo, ASAP Rocky, Lenny Kravitz and The Weeknd as some of his influences. Now back and residing in Singapore, we are excited to see where we are led on this journey and upcoming releases in October 2019.
