A one-stop destination for discovering the best in the local alternative music scene, Baybeats Festival is back and this time, it goes online!
A pillar in Singapore's music scene, the yearly 3-day festival is the place to be to get a glimpse of the country's diverse musical acts and to rock out to some killer tunes. As a little treat before their in-person festival on 6 - 8 Nov, Baybeats presents a special online edition where we can expect intimate, stripped-down performances from some of the best names in Singapore music.
Baybeats Online is scheduled to take place on 21 - 23 August and will be streamed via the festival's Facebook page and Esplanade Offstage. Armed with the mission to bring the good ol' indie alternative experience right to our homes, Baybeats Online will be split into five sections - Baybeats Unplugged, Chapalang Sessions, Observation Deck, #BaybeatsThrowback, In Bed with Baybeats. Across these different stages, you can catch live performances, acoustic sets and even chat with the artist!
Every year, Baybeats covers a wide range of talented performers and exceptional musical acts that span across an array of genres. Even as the festival ventures into the digital space, it's no different. This year, festival-goers can expect to see live performances from YAØ, ANECHOIS, Iman’s League, Every Rage I Seek, Two Seas, hauste, Charlie Lim, Annette Lee, Bakers In Space, LEW, Forests, Mannequins, and more.
