I wrote Insomnia at 2am when I couldn't fall asleep. I remember being clouded with suicidal thoughts and thoughts about not being worth it and not being good enough. I needed to get that feeling out of my chest, so I wrote this song about trying to fall asleep while battling my insecurities.
