Shon-En’s self-produced debut single, ‘For You’, explores the concept of moving forward - despite all of the fear and self-doubt - personifying that little voice in your head telling you that you aren’t quite ready yet. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of genres, most notably from J-Pop/J-Rock and Mandopop, ‘For You’ features a plethora of colors, from lush pads and orchestral textures to an aggressive rock band and (literally) thunderous soundscapes. Functioning not only as a glimpse into his psyche, but also as a clear representation of his artistic identity, and for what to expect in the future. ‘For You’ was released independently on the 12th of December 2025, and is now available for streaming on all major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, etc.).
