Kouza's latest song; "The Colour Amber" was birthed out of the harsh two years of the pandemic which brought the challenging task of writing and re-writing songs remotely as a band. After more than 20 versions of the song, the band is happy to present its final completed self as an allegory for the "light of the end of the tunnel". Through a sound that seeks to portray a ray of hope, like the amber-coloured rise of sunlight each morning, it parallels the emotions and sense of relief now that the worst of the pandemic times are behind us. This version of the song was recorded live in one take, in collaboration with 65 Spectrums.
