Wake Up and Smell the Teh C - A playlist of songs by Singaporean Artists to start the day

In partnership with iamaccb.sg

With another day of Circuit Breaker that goes by, we're starting to lose count of our days and one unchanging question still remains - what day of the week is it ah? (p.s. If you need to keep count, head over to iamaccb.sg)

For days when you think it's Sunday but it's actually a Monday, here's a playlist to get you out of bed and up on your feet. Wake Up and Smell the Teh C is a collection of upbeat and meaningful tunes that will get you moving to the beat while you make kaya toast for breakfast. Get yourself in the right mood for the day with Jasmine Sokko's reminder to "bless this mess" or The Freshmen's prompt to make plans with your friends (after the CB, please) - whatever it is, we've got your morning music covered.

Wake up and smell the Teh C with Gentle Bones, Lost Weekend, Benjamin Kheng, brb., Disco Hue, Sezairi, The Pinholes, Pleasantry, Forests, HubbaBubbas, Charlie Lim & Linying, and OHMYMEITING.

After you're warmed up and ready to conquer the day, we've got a bonus track for you - 'Livin' CoVida Loca', a parody of Ricky Martin's Livin' La Vida Loca. Written by Marc Nair and arranged by James Lye, the song features mrbrown and artists such as Gareth Fernandez, Cheryl Tan and Ethel Yap. The title of the original Latin pop song translates to 'a crazy life', which is indeed a depiction of the times we are living in.
