Girls Like Mystery

“Mary” is our new single as Girls Like Mystery. It started with a big guitar riff and grew into something that feels really personal while still sounding energetic and direct. Bands like Jimmy Eat World and The Get Up Kids were definitely an influence on this one. Usually I write songs quite privately, but this track came together much more collaboratively in the studio with the whole band shaping the arrangement and feel together.
