This is a special track for me and a first time exploring the genre of Celtic folk with a cinematic flair, it was inspired by my experience at the first Renaissance Faire in Singapore this year, I had such a lovely connection with the people there, singing songs that made others sing and dance along too was heartwarming. I jumped on the opportunity to write a song based on the greek mythology of Orpheus and Eurydice with the theme of convincing a God that us mortals deserve love. I wrote it as a back and forth where I'm reminding the higher being(or myself) of what I forgot, about all the ways to be "loved by". I plan to introduce this song to the community as a way to return the love and connection I felt when I was there.
