This song was written to stop offering to carry yours or someone else's emotional baggage. When I constantly allowed my boundaries to be violated, when I kept waiting for someone to want to change and kept accommodating or making excuses for their toxic behaviour, which I thought I was helping them but only enabling them to remain acting out of their own wounding and fears. Only to put myself in the crossfire of their internal confusion. This single serves as a hype for my EP drop, later this year.
