Progressive math-hop duo Altoduo is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of their latest EP, "Where Do We Go From Here?" This five-track collection, set to drop on Sep 18, 2024, continues the thematic journey started in their previous releases, “What Nobody Asked For” and “What Shall We Eat?” while drawing on the "exploration of spaces" concept from their visual art collaboration “Desire Lines”. "Where Do We Go From Here?" invites listeners on an auditory adventure through the urban environments and forgotten cultural landmarks that inspire Altoduo. The EP features the energetic interplay of JP's smooth bass lines and Wini's vibrant drumming and synths, creating a unique soundscape that blends elements of prog, math rock, and chillhop. The improvisational spirit of the album allows for dynamic live performances, with guest artists freestyling over sections much like in a jazz set. Starting with singles like "We Are Here" and "Plants and Sandals" which will then join the EP later on, they showcase Altoduo’s distinctive sound. The EP is a testament to Altoduo's evolution as an artist and their commitment to pushing the boundaries of their sound.
