Singapore’s rich musical tapestry takes center stage at Expo 2025 Osaka, as the Singapore PavilionThe Dream Sphere—welcomes a stellar lineup of homegrown talent. Representing the nation’s creative pulse, these artists will bring a blend of contemporary, traditional, and experimental sounds to an international audience.

Leading the charge is vocal ensemble The Island Voices, setting the tone with their stirring harmonies during the Pavilion’s grand opening on 26 April. Following them, singer-songwriter shazza (3–5 May) will captivate audiences with her heartfelt melodies, while dance innovator Shruthi Nair (31 May–1 June) reimagines Bharatanatyam through a modern lens.

Inclusivity takes center stage with ReDeafination (20–22 June), a pioneering Deaf dance crew, and pianist Azariah Tan (13–15 September), whose classical mastery defies the limits of hearing loss. The festival’s diverse sounds will also feature Orkestra Melayu Singapura (19–21 July), bridging cultures through Malay music, and yIN Harmony (8–10 August), an ensemble dedicated to Singapore’s multicultural heritage.

Singapore’s indie-pop scene will be well represented with 53A (23–26 August), known for their dynamic live performances, and singer-songwriter Claire Teo (13–15 September), who brings powerful storytelling to her craft. Closing the Pavilion’s music programme is Shye (11–13 October), the self-produced indie-pop sensation making waves on the global stage.

With performances spanning six months, the Singapore Pavilion will be a dynamic hub of artistic expression, celebrating the nation’s cultural vibrancy on the world stage.
