Reminiscent of 2000’s rock, this song brought me back to my childhood when I listened to early music by bands like blink-182 and the Killers. It is unlike the melancholy vibe of Killmeslow’s previous tracks, but instead, more lively and upbeat, making “memories” a very refreshing and memorable track of his. His lyrics are emotional and honest as well, making listeners like myself able to relate to and understand not just this track, but him as an artiste. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy it and it’s definitely my favourite track of his!
