A very touching song with beautiful vocals and arrangement! I love how the lyric "they say time would heal is it true, maybe I will never get over you" touches one's heart and reminds the listener that it's okay to feel hurt when you've lost a loved one. It's a song not to be missed!

We all experience loss at some point in our lives - the loss of a family member or a friend. “Never Get Over You” captures that in a way that speaks to the hearts of those who have experienced loss. Through the melody, harmonies and Amanda’s heartfelt emotions, the song brings the listener through a story, perhaps even their own, of loss, longing and acceptance. It might even make the listener shed a tear or two. Definitely a song worth listening to!

Amanda doesn't disappoint with her countless covers from famous pop/classic-ballads by Adele and Mariah Carey to home-grown mando-pop ballads by Olivia Ong, Mavis Hee and JJ-Lin. She does justice to each song cover which sets each listener sinking into the song's inner feels & spaces. For this latest original, she does it again by getting the listeners to sink straight in the feelings. The heavy-hearted lyrics expresses grief and regret, and the added touch of R&B creates a lightness as one continues in search of inner peace to fill up the void space from harsh reality.
