Born out of frustration and anxiety about life, 'Not okay' is an ode to the fatigue one feels when pretending to be okay when they aren't. 'Not okay' starts with a typical rock arrangement, followed by an electrifying guitar solo in the bridge which ties the whole song together. I hope this song resonates with anyone who is also struggling with this facade and helps encourage them to speak up and finally admit: "I’m not okay”.
