Shye wins Southeast Asia’s Best Emerging Singer award at 'Top Asia Corporate Ball 2025'

Shye just earned a major milestone in her rising career — taking home the Southeast Asia’s Best Emerging Singer award at this year's Top Asia Corporate Ball in Malaysia.

The Top Asia Corporate Ball is the flagship gala event organized annually by the publications Top 10 of Asia and Top 10 of Malaysia. It brings together high‑profile figures — from corporate leaders and entrepreneurs to cultural icons and creatives — across Asia to celebrate extraordinary achievements in business, arts, tourism, and more.

It’s not your typical awards night: the Ball is a black‑tie, invitation‑only affair featuring VIP receptions, red‑carpet arrivals, networking sessions, gala dinner, and performances by artists.

By receiving the Best Emerging Singer award, Shye is being recognized not just as a rising musical talent — but as part of Asia’s next wave of rising stars across art, culture, and influence, in the same evening that honours top companies, leaders and even nations.

Sharing her joy, Shye thanked, "Her Royal Highness Tunku Mariamz and Top 10 of Asia for the Southeast Asia’s Best Emerging Singer’ award. It was an honour to perform my latest single ‘Too late’ at the Top Asia Corporate Ball in Malaysia."

This year’s ceremony also saw Dato' Sri Siti Nurhaliza awarded the Asia Legendary Lifetime Achievement title, and Tourism Malaysia honoured with Asia’s Ultimate Shopping Paradise and Asia’s Street‑Food Capital distinctions — underscoring the event’s celebration of cultural impact across sectors.
