If you think you have got what it takes to become Singapore's next big radio personality, then you don't want to miss Suara Juara – The Star Voice 2023.
Organised by Mediacorp, the Malay edition of media titan's reality talent competition The Star Voice (寻找星声音) will premiere this September, and the application window for aspiring radio DJs and digital content creators is now open.
Held last year, the Chinese edition of The Star Voice was won by audio-visual journalist Jeff Ng, who is currently a YES 933 DJ.
Set to be held over a four-week period, Suara Juara – The Star Voice 2023 will see five selected participants take on a variety of challenges and receive guidance from familiar names from Mediacorp's RIA 897 and WARNA 497 radio stations. The champion of this year's iteration of the competition will not only take home a cash prize of $10,000, but also be given an opportunity to be on local airwaves. The programme will be hosted by RIA 897's Azura Goh and Fadli Kamsani.
Those who wish to participate in the competition can submit their applications here from 23 June to 11:59 PM on 14 July.
Suara Juara – The Star Voice 2023, a part of Mediacorp's efforts to give homegrown creatives platforms to show off their talents, will available to watch for free on meWATCH, Suria, and Mediacorp's Entertainment YouTube channel.
