Catch ‘A Haunted Halloween Hymn’ by Singapore Symphony Orchestra this October

The spooky season is coming.

This year, the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) will present A Haunted Halloween Hymn at the Victoria Concert Hall on 28 October (7:30 PM) and 29 October (4:00 PM), in light of Halloween.

The show will see the return of organist Loraine Muthiah, who performed with the SSO at last year’s Halloween Night.

Also set to feature the Singapore Symphony Chorus and choral director Eudenice Palaruan, the concert will fill the air with a spine-tingling mix of a wailing organ and a howling choir.

Attendees can expect to hear musical pieces such as ‘Vanitas Vanitatum from Requiem for the Living’ (with choir) by Dan Forrest, ‘Praeludium and Fugue in C minor, BWV 549’ by J.S Bach, Mozart’s ‘Dies Irae from Requiem, K. 626’ (with choir), and more.

Tickets are priced at $10 (excluding booking fees), and are available for purchase now via SSO’s official website
