The showcase is set to feature multimedia experiential installations that dive into the notions that come with happiness, welcoming visitors to ponder over what it truly means (or meant) to be “happy”. The event is happening via hybrid means, physically in a warehouse space at Tanjong Pagar Distripark as well as digitally on their Instagram.

Sporting a chiefly local ensemble, exhibitions are helmed by multi-disciplinaries and Singaporean creatives; in one, ambient artist Kin Leonn alongside homegrown illustrator and motion designer Reza Hasni will be displaying their audio-visual interactive installation, encouraging participants to be further engaged in the pursuit of understanding what happiness is.

Curated by Tulika Ahuja (MAMA MAGNET) and Cats on Crack (The Council), Happy House is the group's first roll-out of their ongoing study of hedonia and our country’s relationship with it. More Singaporean artists featured in Happy House include Clarrot, Hahahafi, highnunchicken, Zalindrome, and more. The event is also supported by The National Arts Council (NAC).
