Local Mandarin indie band 流浪學者 (Homeless Scholars) has been selected to represent Singapore at the Asia Pacific Music Festival 2024 in Hong Kong. Scheduled for 14–15 December, the prestigious event highlights top emerging talents from across Asia and provides a global platform for musical innovation.

The band is renowned for their unique storytelling style, blending genres to create a sound that resonates with fans across the region. Lead vocalist Ahyanglee expressed the group’s excitement: “It feels surreal to perform overseas for the first time and share Singapore’s diverse musical heritage on such a significant stage.”
The Asia Pacific Music Festival is celebrated for its diverse lineup of emerging and established artists, offering Homeless Scholars an opportunity to perform alongside other rising stars. Their participation marks a key milestone in their journey, especially after achieving regional acclaim with their Silver-certified single ‘After You Walked Away’ and their top-10 hit ‘Better Today.’
