The highly anticipated 6th edition of SING浪 The SINGAPO人 Concert 2024 is set to showcase the best of local and regional Mandopop talent on 31 October, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Headlining this year’s event are popular Singaporean acts such as the dynamic duo BY2, rapper and self-taught producer Wheelsmith, the electrifying DJ-producer WUKONG, singer Feng Ze, rising hip-hop artist J.M3, singer-songwriter Ben Hum, R&B sensation Zadon, veteran vocalist Paige Gan and music prodigy Jordin Tan.
The concert promises to be a celebration of Singapore’s rich cultural heritage, with performances that blend traditional Chinese opera, wushu, and modern electronic dance music (EDM).
On top of the killer local lineup, SING浪 is bringing back regional faves like the Malaysian crooner Firdhaus, and 'Pa Sang Anthem', hitmakers 3P to hit you right in the feels.
With the theme Refresh, Renew and Re-present - organisers Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) are all about getting the newer generation interested in Chinese culture, mixing old-school vibes with fresh new sounds to keep them connected and inspired.
SCCC Chief Executive Officer Alvin Tan said, “We hope to provide a platform for homegrown and regional performers to showcase their music and connect with their fans, to entertain our audience and bring them together through their enjoyment of Mandopop, and to encourage more Singaporeans to embrace local Chinese culture through pop music.”
And because no concert experience is complete without a little extra goodies, you’ll be handed LED wristbands, cool temporary tats, and snacks to keep you hyped—all free, but only while supplies last. Snag your tickets on Ticketmaster and take advantage of the discounts.
