From the Little Red Dot to the lantern-lit streets of Hội An, the Voices of Singapore Ladies Choir (VSL) has struck a powerful chord on the international stage — clinching two Gold awards at the 8th Vietnam International Choir Festival and earning a coveted place in the Grand Prix final.
Competing against 28 other choirs from around the world, VSL took home top honours in the Equal Voices category and placed second in Sacred Choral, earning Gold diplomas in both. Their repertoire ranged from sacred classics like 'Cantate Domino' to the soulful 'Dayung Sampan', arranged by their Artistic Director Dr. Darius Lim.

“This has been an incredibly musically fulfilling journey,” said Dr. Lim. “It’s been an honour to represent Singapore and fly our flag high.”
This latest triumph adds to a growing list of international accolades for the ensemble, reinforcing their reputation as one of Singapore’s most accomplished choral groups.
