The track’s lyrical ethos floats around the themes of dealing with isolation and the agonising emotions that accompany it. “Night Forever is essentially a song about the process of enduring loneliness and the hopes of finally reaching our goals, be it in love or in life. I hope that Night Forever brings some comfort to people who are experiencing loneliness, as it did for me,” Chaidura shared in a press release statement.

The release is also accompanied by a music video, directed by Barnabas Chua, who most recently directed the music video for Singaporean singer-songwriter Marcus Lee’s ‘請給我多一次的機會 (One More Chance)’, taken off his debut album.
Taking inspiration from bands like Gazette, Dir En, Grey, Lynch, and Bring Me The Horizon, Chaidura has now four releases under his belt, which includes previously released singles ‘Insect Kill All’, ‘Humans’, and ‘Ante Metus’.
