The festival takes place from 9 to 11 December and aims to spotlight and celebrate women artists from Singapore and Malaysia, with the programming will featuring masterclasses, an album launch, and several virtual performances.
Masia One, who helms the independent music label Nusantara Records will be speaking about the challenges women encounter in the music industry, along with presenting a set of actions to cultivate an inclusive and nurturing environment for them.
“I angled this masterclass specifically for women to offer them best practices they can incorporate when they go on tour, or even for a studio session, but this event is also for booking agents and men in the industry to learn how they can tackle issues of sexism and harassment, in order to improve our community,” shared Masia in a press statement.
Then, Malaysian singer-songwriter Logan will be debuting the live performance of her recent album Over You that was released on the 16th of July this year. Teasing audiences on what they can expect from the performance, she said: “Listeners should expect to watch me singing my original songs, with musicians I admire and respect and have a good time."

Peatix Live is a live stream feature by Peatix Asia that gives musicians a platform for an immersive concert experience while simultaneously allowing fans to support them through monetary means.
“Seeing how event gathering restrictions have hindered album launches and milestones for independent musicians, Peatix Live’s secured platform complete with a live chat and event registration features will enable artists to unite with fans and even crowdfund their album launches,” declared Michelle Leong, the marketing lead for Peatix Asia.
