Homegrown alternative rock and shoegaze band Blush have joined the lineup of Joyland Festival Bali 2024.
The Indonesian festival's organiser, Plainsong Live, has announced that the 'Crush' act will be performing at this year's edition of the festival as part of its SEA Journal programme.
Presented by Whiteboard Journal, the programme, an import from Joyland Festival Jakarta, will also spotlight Pan-Asian artists such as Malaysia's Lunadira and rEmPiT g0dDe$$, Vietnam's Rắn Cạp Đuôi and Mona Evie, Taiwan's Mong Tong, Myanmar's LnHD, and Lebanon's PRAED at the Lily Pad Stage.

A supergroup made up of members of Singaporean bands Sobs, Forests, Marijannah, and Cosmic Child, Blush debuted with their single, 'Best Friend', back in 2021. The four-piece outfit launched their 10-track first studio album, Supercrush, last October.
Aside from performing at the 2021 edition of the Singapore-based alternative festival Baybeats and staging an album launch show in 2023, Blush have supported Canadian grunge act Softcult and American rockers Turnover on tour.

Joyland Festival Bali 2024 is scheduled to be held at Peninsula Island The Nusa Dua from 1 March to 3 March. The latest edition of the festival will feature performances from international acts such as James Blake, The Walters, Shintaro Sakamoto, and Kings of Convenience.
