Underneath the sheen of mainstream clubs and swanky lounges, lies an abundance of talent within Singapore's underground electronic music community. In an effort to shine a spotlight on these unheralded producers, DJs and promoters - a FREE pop-up called The Party Expo(sure) will be happening at *SCAPE #02-02 from 6 July to 25 August.
Organised by digital platforms Life In Arpeggio and alt-gps, alongside bedroom DJ crew 5210PM, this activation aims to showcase the vibrancy and sonic diversity of Singapore's underground party scene. A healthy mix of veteran and fresh collectives such as 4xF, Tropika, Thugshop, Blacklight Tribe, Syndicate, Ciel Social, Sivilian Affairs, Darker Than Wax, Revision Music, EATMEPOPTART, North East Social Club, Free Market Club, Four Teh, Midnight Shift, FOMOHOMO and Last Saturdays will be participating in this ambitious two-month event.
