Dim Sum Dollies' Jo Tan debuts mini musical 'Unmute' as part of 'Project Lionheart'

Project Lionheart and We Are Majulah have announced a free-for-public micro-mini musical titled 'Unmute'.

From the mind of Dim Sum Dollies' Jo Tan, comes a riveting parody-song revue. The gifted screenwriter and actress has made her theatre performance debut with a micro-mini musical that follows Project Lionheart's theme of celebrating tales of strength and success during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 'Unmute' musical tells the story of three individuals on a journey of persistence during one of Singapore's most challenging periods and features parody songs and remixes of pop and rock classics. As we look forward to a brighter future ahead, this meaningful performance which sheds light on how far we've come since the start of the pandemic is one to be noticed.

Joining Jo Tan in this musical are celebrated local theatre talents Mina Kaye, Shafiqhah Efandi, Alecia Kim, choreographer Gino Babagay, and director Chong Tze Chien

The musical will be playing a total of six shows across two venues as Project Lionheart makes its final stops. The details are as follows:
