Singaporean producer evanturetime has shared his first release of the year, ‘together pt. 1’, on the 11th of February. Here, he collaborates with Japan-based composer Eiji John Mitsuta and homegrown singer-songwriter Linying, marking the first single that will make up an unnamed EP that's dedicated to his partner.

“People write love songs for their partners. I figured why not do the same, but let’s make it an EP instead,” evanturetime shared in a press release statement.
“My work is essentially made up of audible timestamps in my life that I can fondly look back on. Finding a partner in life, getting married or even entering this brand new chapter of life together, is a major life event that I want to commemorate. This is my grand gesture of love.”

The producer will also be posting up footage of the single’s production, and a behind-the-scenes lyric video of an orchestra performance by Mitsuta on his social media platforms. The EP is set for release in April.
Previously, evanturetime has released ‘if it’s with you’ with Marian Carmel and Tim De Cotta, ‘Love Is’ featuring YAØ as well as HE1ST, and an EP folds with notable features in Linying, Charlie Lim, Benjamin Kheng, Nathan Hartono, Jon Chua JX, Chok Kerong, and more.
