The three-minute acoustic track sung in Mandarin and English is an emotive ballad, as the duo navigates through lost love, and the process of believing in love once again. On working with Hung digitally, Lee shared in a press release statement: “Even Though we weren’t able to meet physically, the whole production process went really well and we both shared similar ideas in the direction of the track. I’m really satisfied with the end result.”
The track was arranged by Lee, while its lyrics and melody were co-written by the duo. It was released via local label Mellow Moxie Records. Hung gave an insight to its process, saying: “When I first heard this song, I thought about presenting it in a stripped down version which was what we went for.”
“To me, this song is an innocent and honest expression that captures the warmth and regret found in the times of youth.”
In 2021, Lee also collaborated with another Taiwanese artist in Shu Shu for the track ‘Between The Lines (话中有话)', which was included in his debut album released in the same year For You, I Can (为了你,我可以).
