You can now listen to a playlist curated by rapper ABANGSAPAU and Saints Amongst Sinners’ frontman, Mat.
The two, who are the founders of local music movement New Mongrels, have joined forces with Mediacorp’s indiego to assemble a new Spotify playlist, titled Mongrels Radio.

Now available to stream, the playlist includes tunes by members of the movement, including ALICIA DC, Mary Sue, 730BEDSIDE, and nkei, along with other local acts, such as Intermission Party Programme, ALYPH, and Cactus Catus.
“It’s going to be the first of many playlists that we will be curating of music that we have been listening to, that we find dope, that we find fresh,” ABANGSAPAU shared in an Instagram reel.
Formed in 2023, New Mongrels is involved in the distribution of music, the organisation of events and live shows, and the nurturing of artists of various genres.
