The concert will come after Ong's successful stint in the United Kingdom, during which made history by becoming the first Singaporean to portray Éponine in the West End production of Les Misérables. She also played the character during Les Misérables' tour of the United Kingdom and Ireland.

After returning to Singapore earlier this year, Ong starred alongside Adrian Pang, Inch Chua, Ethel Yap, and more in local theatre company Pangdemonium's production of Into The Woods, which ran from October to November 2023.

Aside from featuring performances from Ong, the charity concert will put the spotlight on local young talents during its pre-show segment. Set to appear at the event are vocalist Melissa Hecker, harpist Chloe Lam, NDP 2023 performer Loic Lastennet, classical singer Corey Koh, Asia's Got Talent Season 2's Syah Riszuan, and dancer Emily Ho.

Tickets to Spirit of Giving: Nathania Ong - A Musical Homecoming, priced from $110, are now available via SISTIC. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Business Times Budding Artists Fund (BT BAF) and will be used to support children and youths in Singapore's arts scene. Additional donations can be made via Giving.sg.
