Charlie Lim to perform at Vietnam’s Hozo Music Festival this December

Charlie Lim is gearing up for his first performance in Ho Chi Minh City.

In an Instagram announcement on 5 December, the homegrown singer-songwriter revealed that he will be playing his debut show in the Vietnamese city as part of the Hozo Music Festival

Set to make an appearance at the festival on 22 December, Charlie will be sharing the stage with local and international acts, including Otyken, Xuan Dan (also known as Binz), and Grey D.

Hozo Music Festival will run from 22 to 24 December at Le Loi, Nguyen Hue Street.

Recognised as “one of the region’s most prominent voices in contemporary pop music”, Charlie has received recognition for his craft in Singapore, receiving the Young Artist Award in 2021. 

Having been in the music industry for 12 years since the release of his debut self-titled EP in 2011, the ‘Two Sides’ singer has amassed over 20 million streams on digital platforms, and ventured across Singapore waters to perform at acclaimed venues and festivals including Java Jazz Festival 2016 in Jakarta and Wanderland Festival 2019 in Manila.
