Shelby Wang will be holding an album launch party to celebrate her latest release, BLUE-HOO! (Deluxe), next month.
Slated to be held from 8 PM onwards at The Mermaid on 20 February, TODAY LET’S BE BLUE! will see the Mandopop singer-songwriter perform songs from the expanded edition of her 2023 debut album, BLUE-HOO!.

Released on 12 January, BLUE-HOO! (Deluxe) comprises previously released numbers such as 'Bubble Eye' and 'Blue' along with two new ones — 'Indescribable' and 'Symbiosis'.
"BLUE-HOO! is an expression of the feelings that are between "woohoo" and "boohoo" feelings, a gentle reminder for us to celebrate the search — getting to know [ourselves] better, finding out how [we] would like to live [our] lives, and experiencing different moments and feelings — and embrace who we are at every point in time," said Wang of her album's title in an interview with Hear65 last year.

Tickets to TODAY LET’S BE BLUE! are priced at $30 (inclusive of a free drink) and $40 (inclusive of a free drink and a physical album) and are available here. The physical edition of BLUE-HOO! (Deluxe) can be purchased here.
A fast-rising name in the local Mandopop scene, Wang took home the award for Single of the Year (Non-English) at the 2021 edition of the *SCAPE Youth Music Awards. More recently, the Cross Ratio Entertainment act was one of six homegrown artists to perform at YES933’s Hits Fest 2023, which featured international stars such as Karencici, AccuseFive, and WeiBird.
