Indie rock band The New Modern Lights to return at ‘If Only For Tonight…’ concert this March

The New Modern Lights are back.

The homegrown indie rock outfit will make a comeback at If Only For Tonight… on 1 March.

Set to be held at Phil’s Studio, the concert will also feature local acts such as Late Culture, Doghouse, and Last Minute, as well as Indonesia’s Iris Bevy.

Comprising band members Darius Oon (vocals and guitar), Adriel Ong (bass), Doran Oon (synths), and Ethan Hariyono (guitars), the quartet are known for their “dreamy, cathartic, and instantly catchy” tunes, including ‘Dreams’ and ‘Bones’. 

In 2021, the latter won the award for Single of the Year (Rock) at the *SCAPE Youth Music Awards.
