The third single from the rising artist’s upcoming debut album ‘The Nomad Diaries’ features a gripping analog bassline, contemplative and emotional falsettos, lush synth pads, and a synth-filled climax that’ll keep you looping the song. The album is set to be released with rising local label Warm Linen Records.
Count Vernon has been capturing the hearts of alternative rock fans, with their recent singles, as well as standout performances at the *SCAPE Music Day Out! festival, NUS and their live-streamed show from Tonehouse Studios. The frontman, Eli Ordonez, was also part of the recent debut track 'Brown Boys Brag' from Singaporean rap collective, Braggadocious.
The upcoming album features Count Vernon’s battle against the unpredictable world and fighting for a place to belong. Previous singles ‘Onedimension (Nomad Mix)’ and ‘Thrash of Our Youth’ feature anthemic choruses, crunchy guitar riffs, and hope-filled lyrics. The artist has also been breaking down the incredible creative process behind the singles, on a podcast title 'The Nomad Diaries' and dropping charming acoustic covers of the singles thus far on their Instagram page.
