The tracks featured on the hard-hitting, full-volume assault are ‘Through These Eyes’, ‘Untouchable’, ‘Ice Cold’, and title track ‘What’s The Point Of Existence?’. Asa, vocalist of the quartet tells Hear65: “The story behind the title of the EP, the songs that we’ve written and the artwork are actually about the struggle of being alone with your thoughts, especially during the period we’re in at the time due to all the restrictions.”

Prior to releasing What’s The Point Of Existence?, Crash Course first unveiled the tracks ‘Ice Cold’ and ‘Untouchable’ as  a two-song promo via the Australian label Best Wishes Records. Its cover art and logo were designed by Micheal Choothai of Monument X, a hardcore punk band from Bangkok. The members of the newly-formed outfit are no strangers to the circuit - Asa and drummer Aldren were both part of Resistwhilst bassist Syafiq also plays alongside Virtues and Spirits.

Crash Course first established itself at the start of 2020, but they only started writing music after a certain outbreak began tainting the globe. “In all honesty, we really wish we could play a show some time soon. But we’ll have to wait for the current restrictions to loosen up because the Hardcore genre/scene just wouldn’t feel right without the energy of the crowd,” states Asa.
