Singaporean singer-songwriter Khally has released a new single titled ‘LTAL’ on the 15 of October.

Produced, mixed and mastered by the head honcho of Allure Records, Prodbydan, the three minute track features an infectious, foot-tapping inducing bassline, interweaving influences from a mix bag of genres like reggae, bossa nova and alternative R&B as Khally’s scaling vocals invites listeners to ponder questions of affection. Lyrically, ‘LTAL’ confronts the powerful grasp that love has on a person, despite the catastrophizing notions of heartbreak and disappointment that surrounds it. In a press release statement, Khally said: “To understand what love is, you gotta forget what love was.”

The release of ‘LTAL’ alongside prior singles ‘Miscreant’ and ‘Sunflower‘ builds up to her forthcoming debut EP titled Let’s Talk About Love. Slated for release on the 12th of November this year, the EP is themed around love beyond romantic contexts and what it means to be in love. The EP consists of 9 tracks, all written by Khally and with Prodbydan at the helm for production, mixing and mastering.
